The right strategy, with alignment and focus, can bring the organization to its mission despite the instability and instability in the economy. The purpose of the current research was to develop a suitable strategy model based on economic instability in sports organizations. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and foundation data method of Strauss and Corbin (2008) model. The statistical population of the research included sports organizations in Iran and a statistical sample 15 people of the general sports and youth departments of the Three provinces of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan and Kurdistan in the northwest and west of the country, which, according to the purpose of the research, included experts in the field of sports research and management with experience of more than They were in sports organizations for 5 years, and sampling from them was done purposefully and by snowball method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. In this research, the responses of the participants from the twelfth person were repeated, in fact they reached the stage of theoretical saturation; In order to ensure the adequacy of the interview, three more interviews were also conducted. The data were analyzed through three stages of open, central and selective coding. In three stages of coding, the main and subcategories were identified and related to each other, which included causal, contextual, intervening, central conditions, strategies and consequences. In this research, qualitative validity and reliability based on the four criteria proposed by Goba and Lincoln; Validity, verifiability, reliability and transferability were considered to increase the quality of the research. Retest reliability method was used to measure reliability. Finally, the coding paradigm was explained and the final model was formed. Economic instability and its effects on financial resources on sports equipment and organizational equipment are a threat to sports organizations. In other words, paying attention to the factors identified in the policies and plans in the general administrations of sports and youth can be a key step in removing the limitations in this area, and cautious and confrontational strategy and real-time feedback with a balanced evaluation method to deal with economic instability in sports organizations.
