Background: The urgency of this issue lies in the lack of knowledge and skills among women's farmer groups in Cikarawang Village, Bogor Regency, regarding packaging systems and marketing their agricultural products. This educational program aims to enhance the capacity of the Women Farmer Group (KWT) in Cikarawang Village, Bogor Regency, in managing their agricultural products, specifically herbal tea made from sweet potato leaves. This Community Service activity was conducted at Kebun Merdesa, Cikarawang Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency, from December 2024 to February 2025. Method: The activities included outreach, training on packaging design and marketing strategies, technology application, and mentoring. Data collection techniques used instruments with four answer choices, and quantitative data analysis was conducted using descriptive methods and N-Gain score calculations. Results: The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the training in packaging design, with an N-Gain score of 0.497, and marketing techniques training, with a score of 0.454. The herbal tea product has excellent potential to become an additional source of income while maximizing underutilized agricultural yields.
