The study identifies the challenges of ongoing urbanization and the implementation of individual departmental reforms that Kazakhstan is experiencing in the current environment. Analytical data confirming the conclusion that changes in the labor market are directly related to artificial intelligence are presented. The authors systematize the advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence and present the directions of its development in Kazakhstan. The article focuses on the fact that economic policy in the Republic is aimed at stimulating job creation, and not at creating efficient and high-performance enterprises. It is noted that progress and development create new opportunities and demand for new professions, which means that the level of qualification requirements is changing. The study indicates the need to further deepen the modernization of the personnel training system. Considering the trends in business development at the moment and in the near future, it is proposed to increase attention to personnel training through the corporate training system.
