This research aims to examine the impact of information technology use on organizational creativity at the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), by analyzing how information technology can contribute to enhancing innovation capacity and achieving organizational goals. The research results showed that the use of information technology has a significant positive impact on organizational creativity, by improving communication efficiency, accelerating information flow, and enabling employees to access data and knowledge more quickly. The research also found that investing in information technology enhances the ability to adapt to rapid market changes and encourages innovative thinking. The research concluded that companies that invest effectively in information technology can achieve a significant competitive advantage by enhancing creativity and innovation within the organization. The research also recommends the need for continued investment in information technology and periodic updating to ensure maximum benefit from modern technologies in supporting and enhancing organizational creativity.
