The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibitory power of feminine cleansing liquid soap of thick betel nut seed extract (Areca catechu L.) against Candida albicans. The method used in this study is a laboratory experiment to test the inhibitory power of feminine cleansing liquid soap preparations in Candida albican fungi. From the results of research on the inhibitory power of feminine cleansing liquid soap, betel nut seed extract with a concentration of 1% resulted in an average inhibitory zone of 9.04 mm, a concentration of 2% obtained an obstacle zone of 9.25 mm, a concentration of 3% obtained a resistance zone of 9.32 mm, positive control of 12.07 mm and negative control 0 mm.
