The motivating factors could cause the massive migration of Philippine teachers to the United States was investigated in this study. The study revealed that the level of satisfaction of the respondents on the current education system in the country that they have migrated to is "Very High". Chi -square test suggested that the antecedent factors that could cause the respondents to migrate to other countries is their years of teaching experience in the migrated country with a p- value of .00, which indicates a very high degree of association between the variables. There is also a significant difference between the perceptions of the respondents to the factors that could cause them to migrate and their level of satisfaction on the current education system. It was concluded that most of the teachers who opted to quit from teaching in DepEd – operated schools and practice their teaching profession abroad are mostly tenured, have high positions and ranks in DepEd, highly trained and have lengthy teaching experience. The migration of the Filipino teachers to the US has a negative impact to the Philippine education system since it drains out the highly competent teachers of the DepEd. It is recommended that DepEd create a program that could strengthen the practices of the positive workplace culture in schools and that the lawmakers would consider crafting new laws that would mitigate the existing issues on the salary, benefits, career advancement, and the provision of the instructional materials that the teachers could use
