This research aims to determine PAI teachers' efforts in forming humble behavior towards students at school. Then this article also aims to identify and analyze supporting and inhibiting factors during the formation of this attitude. The focus of the research was carried out at Qur’ani Islamic Middle School, Batanghari, East Lampung. This research is field research; the type used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through “Focus Group Discussions” (FGD) of 20 students, PAI teachers, and school principals. Discussion findings in this article. First, the teacher's efforts to form humble behavior are carried out by providing education to students with an attitude of being open-minded or accepting criticism, building an attitude of generosity for students, avoiding arrogance or arrogance, building commitment and a sense of togetherness between students, and instilling an attitude of mutual respect. Second, several supporting factors have been found, namely forming a humble attitude in students through example, creating a conducive school environment, and building religious activities. Then, there are inhibiting factors in developing this attitude, including limited time, less varied learning strategies, and the influence of a negative social environment.
