Design/Methodology/Approach: This qualitative study explores the integration of satellite technology into management through industry case studies and expert insights. It reviews existing applications to highlight benefits in resource optimization, predictive modelling, and real-time decision-making. The approach offers a comprehensive understanding of emerging opportunities and challenges. Findings: Integrating satellite data with AI boosts efficiency and supports real-time, proactive decisions.
