Regularities of changes in the quality indicators of the machine for removing infected plants of potatoes and vegetable crops with an automatic system of monitoring and control of mode and technological parameters are indicated. Mathematical models of the technological process of functioning elements and digital systems for recognizing the infestation of potato and vegetable plants when storing products are obtained. Theoretical dependences of designing of functioning elements and systems of automatic control of management of technological parameters of the developed machine and technological complex are presented. The regularity of variation of potato plant diseases and technological parameters of functioning elements of the developed machine for removal of infected plants is established. The graphical dependence of the interference density of the system of identification of infected plants of potato and vegetable crops in the form of a harmonic function, taking into account the frequency of the signal interference, as well as the unit pulse function, has been determined. It was found that the amplitude of the useful signal of the manipulator controller is ?max = 10 ° with frequency ?? = 10–2c–1, the interference amplitude is ?max = 5 ° with frequency ?? = 8c–1. The obtained value of the hydraulic cylinders’ displacement TS corresponds to the maximum speed of rotation of the extractor's actuator relative to the support bar, corresponding to 3.15 deg/s.
