This paper describes the development of an assistive device coupled with glasses to improve mobility for people with visual impairments, using sensors to detect obstacles and provide tactile and auditory feedback. The development included literature research, user interviews, and iterative testing with prototypes, in collaboration with support institutions. The design is lightweight, modular, and uses low-cost materials to ensure accessibility. User testing has proven the effectiveness of the device, promoting greater autonomy and social inclusion for people with visual impairments.
