The article is devoted to the practical recommendations development for an electronic mapping database use of the area in the search and rescue operations process by a mobile search and rescue group in the face of enemy reconnaissance and strike capabilities. The subject of the research is the evacuation of isolated flight crew process by a mobile search and rescue group in the face of enemy reconnaissance and strike capabilities. The research methodology is based on the evacuation process mathematical formalization, taking into account such essential features as: the off-road vehicle performance of the mobile search and rescue group and the spatial and temporal probability characteristics of striking with enemy reconnaissance and strike systems firepower. In addition to mathematical modeling methods, functional analysis methods were used to solve the problem of formalization. Conclusions have been drawn regarding the practical application possibilities of the mathematical model for determining the spatial and temporal constraints and boundary conditions for the evacuation of isolated flight crew by a mobile search and rescue group under the conditions of reconnaissance and strike systems possible use by the enemy. An analysis of modern geographic information systems was carried out and proposals were developed to create special software to solve the search and rescue operations problems by a mobile search and rescue group in the face of enemy reconnaissance and strike capabilities. This model software implementation in tactical calculation automation systems will help to increase the risk assessment process efficiency during planning search and rescue work (operations) and maintain situational awareness of the management and operational staff of the search and rescue support system for aviation flights of the Air Force of Ukraine. In the absence of the data necessary completeness on the terrain state in the responsibility area, reconnaissance should be conducted, based on the results of which the necessary additions should be made to the relevant database.
