The Influence of Communication, Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance in PT. Sarana Makmur Sejahtera

In the work environment, effective communication is an important basis for ensuring the company's vision, mission and goals are achieved and creating a comfortable working atmosphere. The work environment has a very significant role in improving employee performance. In addition, motivation is a key element that helps employees achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence between communication, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at PT Sarana Makmur Sejahtera. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a total sampling approach in data collection. The location of this research is at PT Sarana Makmur Sejahtera, which is located at Perum Magersari Permai, block BQ no.3, Magersari, Sidoarjo. The number of respondents in this study were 130 people. The results of this study prove that communication, work environment and motivation can affect employee performance.
