This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and emotional intelligence on psychological well being in adolescent orphanages. This study uses a correlational quantitative method with a sample of 106 adolescent orphanages taken with saturated sampling technique. The instruments used include Ryff's Psychological Well Being, The Central of Religiosity Scale, and Schutte Emoitional Intelligence Scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed an F value of 18,367 (p=0.000 0.05 While partial analysis shows emotional intelligence has a significant effect on psychological well being with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
