The phenomenon of Quarter Life Crisis among female students in Sidoarjo is most dominantly indicated by comparing oneself to others, facing increasingly challenging problems, and experiencing unstable emotions. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between social support and self-efficacy with Quarter Life Crisis. This study employs a quantitative correlational research design. The population consists of active female students of adult age. The respondents in this study number 334 students, collected using quota sampling. The research instruments used are the Social Support Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Quarter Life Crisis Scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show a significant negative relationship between social support and self-efficacy with Quarter Life Crisis, with a p-value of <.001. The implications of this study suggest that female students should receive social support and education on self-efficacy to minimize Quarter Life Crisis
