Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relationship between satisfaction with the Physical Education class, physical self-concepts, and interpersonal relations of elementary pre-service teachers as an approach to improving elementary pre-service teachers’ expectations for their future. Methods: In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a group of elementary pre-service teachers living in C province was established as a population in 2023 and 334 elementary pre-service teachers were selected by using convenience sampling. The main research results are as follows. Results: First, satisfaction with the Physical Education class has a direct effect on physical self-concepts and interpersonal relations. Second, physical self-concepts have a direct effect on interpersonal relations. Third, physical self-concepts have a partial mediation effect between satisfaction with the Physical Education class and interpersonal relations. Conclusion: Following combining the above findings, it was inferred that satisfaction with the Physical Education class has direct effects on physical self-concepts and interpersonal relations. Physical self-concepts had direct effects on interpersonal relations and there was a partial mediation effect between the satisfaction with the Physical Education class and interpersonal relations.
