Research on Optimization Strategies for Education and Training of Ethnic Minority Cadres in Border Areas from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to ethnic work, especially the construction of ethnic minority cadres. As an important part of the cadre team, ethnic minority cadres are an important force in achieving the party’s goals in various historical periods. The article focuses on the current situation of education and training for ethnic minority cadres in border ethnic areas, and exploratory proposes optimization strategies for the education and training of ethnic minority cadres in border areas based on the perspective of ideological and political education.
