The Main Traits and Sources of Information about Activities of Courts of the Soviet State from 1917 to 1927 (Part 1)

The most important tasks of the information policy of the judicial system of the Russian Federation are to ensure the right to receive information and the development of information resources, which determines the relevance of the study and the need to understand historical experience, which allows us to characterize the particularities and identify specific features of information about the activities of courts in specific chronological and substantive stages of the development of the state. The subject of this article is the sources and nature of official information about the activities of the courts during the formation and development of the judicial system of Russia in 1917-1927, taking into account the image of the court (the concept of its essence, functions, competence, expectations of certain actions from it).
