This paper presents a clinical observation employing surgical techniques aimed at preserving the integrity of the fibrosed capsular bag in a hyperopic eye during explantation of dislocated intraocular lens (IOL) and its fragments through a corneoscleral tunnel incision, accompanied by simultaneous with reimplantation and flanged loop transscleral monofixation to prevent recurrence of dislocation of the IOL-capsular bag complex (IOL-CBC). A case of grade 2 dislocation of the intraocular lens (IOL) along with fibrosed capsular bag is presented. Reimplantation with flanged loop transscleral monofixation of IOL resulted in improved visual function achieved due to stable centric positioning of the intraocular lens. The presented flanged loop transscleral monofixation ensures stable positioning of the IOL while reducing the risk of recurrence.
