How can we solve the increasingly complex and uncertain market environment faced by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) supply chain is a difficult problem. So how to deal with this problem? This article proposes the flexible operation and improvement strategy of the OEM supply chain in the context of the Internet of Things to adapt to the rapidly changing needs and environment. The research adopts the method of comprehensive literature review, extensively reviews the relevant literature, and analyzes the characteristics and problems faced by the OEM supply chain in the context of the Internet of Things. Through experimental testing, this method can make the operation efficiency of the supply chain reach 90%-98%. The application of these strategies can help the OEM supply chain in the context of the Internet of Things to achieve rapid response, resource optimization and risk management, and improve the elasticity and competitiveness of the supply chain.
