The article is dedicated to highlighting the structure and content of the industrial practice of the future experts in the field of education in the context of studying under the educational program "Organization of the Educational Process: Management and Expertise". In the course of the study, theoretical methods were used: analysis of psychological, pedagogical and professional literature on the research problem, systematization and generalization; empirical methods: pedagogical observation of students' educational activities, surveys of the participants of the educational process and potential employers who provided the basis for industrial practice. The analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic of the study showed a significant interest of the national researchers in various problems of expert activity in the educational sphere, professional training of the educational experts in the system of higher education of Ukraine, as well as in the methodological principles of organizing the practice of master students of various educational programs as a component of their professional training. The article determines that the industrial practice of the students enrolled in the program "Organization of the Educational Process: Management and Expertise" is a mandatory component of the educational and professional program for obtaining the qualification level of "master", a logical continuation of theoretical training and a structural stage of their professional and pedagogical preparation for their future professional activities. The place of internship in the structure of training of the future educational experts is optimal, considering its place in the system of educational and professional program as a whole and all types of internships. The purpose and objectives of the internship of master's students are agreed upon; the content of the tasks corresponds with the profile of the master's program, is interdisciplinary with an emphasis on the project activities. The content of the tasks is adjusted annually taking into account the specific bases of industrial practice and is compiled on a modular basis. The content of the practice tasks is interdisciplinary, as it covers regulatory, managerial, pedagogical, methodological, information and digital aspects, that is, integrates knowledge, skills, general and professional competencies acquired in the process of mastering the academic subjects before the start of the internship. Completion of the internship tasks will contribute to the development of general and professional competencies of the future expert, as well as the ability to critically comprehend the problems in the field of education and pedagogy.
