The Legal Regulation of Relations in the Sphere of Culture as a Factor of Reintegration of the Crimean Peninsula in Russia

This study is devoted to issues related to the legal prerequisites for the reintegration of the population of the Crimean peninsula into Russia. The legislation of Ukraine, despite its significant similarity with domestic legal regulation, has norms that contribute to the fact that people who are closer to the Russian world are increasingly inclined to no longer be under the jurisdiction of this state. Reintegration in this article means the return of the territory to the socio-humanitarian field of the country in which they were previously located.
