The Present Study is aimed to investigate the well-being of secondary school teachers in relation to occupation stress and their Psychological well-being.Sample Consisted 152 secondary school teachers selected randomly from district of Durg(Chhattisgarh).Psychological Well-being scale by Devendra Sing Sisodia and Pooja Choudhary (2012) and occupational stress scale by Sajid Jamal and Abdul Raheem (2012) was used to collect the data.Product moment correlation was applied to determine the relationship between occupational stress and Psychological well-being.The result of the study shows that there is significant relationship is found between measures of occupational stress and well-being of secondary school teachers.
