Standard quantum mechanics faces a fundamental problem: a chasm between the deterministic evolution of the wave function (Ψ) and the randomness of measurement, giving rise to paradoxes such as that of Schrödinger's cat and quantum nonlocality. This work presents a model postulating that reality consists of Torsion-Information Patterns (TIPs), in which the orbital angular momentum (OAM) of light and torsion fields are inseparable aspects of a single whole. The model provides a unified mechanism explaining the evolution of the Ψ-function, Wheeler's delayed-choice paradox, the observer effect, nonlocality, and the Schrödinger's cat paradox as consequences of the dynamics and interaction of these patterns. It also offers a mechanism for integrating consciousness into the physical worldview, thereby proposing a new ontology for quantum theory.
