This paper synthesizes the Webb Mechanical Metric (WMM) into a practical orbital transport model. By scaling the F-35 airframe to five times its original dimensions and utilizing a westward "Into the Wind" trajectory, we demonstrate a transition from the "Brute Force" launch paradigm to a "Transport" flight paradigm. This approach leverages the rotational airstream of the Free Range Electron (FRE) field to maximize lift and minimize gravity losses, resulting in a payload fraction of 15-20%. The vehicle "slips" into orbit by decoupling from Earth's rotational frame rather than escaping through violent acceleration, with return trajectories benefiting from reduced relative velocities for gentler reentry.
