This deposit reports a population-based survey study in Moscow within the dissertation framework on telemedicine and access. The analysis examines telemedicine use and self-reported unmet need/forgone care, with stratification by age and digital literacy to characterise distributional consequences under heterogeneous digital readiness. Associations are estimated via logistic regression with predicted probabilities to support interpretable managerial narratives (where access frictions accumulate along the care pathway). If any respondent-level data are included, they must be fully anonymised and compliant with the underlying ethics and data-governance constraints; otherwise, deposit the instrument, codebook, and aggregated outputs only.
