This study investigates the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral play therapy (CBPT) in enhancing social skills and reducing aggression in preschool children. The results support the effectiveness of CBPT in increasing social skills and decreasing aggression levels among the participants. The study highlights that CBPT can help children improve self-control and promote emotional and social development. Limitations include the focus on a specific population, suggesting future research expand into other regions and diverse samples.
