This preprint introduces the ACAT framework, a novel biology-driven approach for prognostic assessment in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Unlike traditional morphology-based methods, ACAT integrates tumor biology, molecular markers, and clinical parameters to deliver more accurate and reproducible predictions of patient outcomes. This framework is designed to: Enhance prognostic accuracy for HCC patients. Support personalized clinical decision-making. Facilitate open scientific collaboration by providing an accessible, reproducible methodology. Note: This work is a preprint and has not yet been peer-reviewed.
