We address the Measurement Problem in Quantum Mechanics within the context of extra-dimensional brane-world cosmology. We propose that the collapse of the wavefunction is not triggered by consciousness or abstract measurement, but is a physical process driven by Gravity-Induced Decoherence via interaction with the higher-dimensional Bulk. While charged matter fields are topologically anchored to the brane (as established in previous work regarding gauge confinement), their mass-energy tensor necessarily sources gravitational perturbations that extend into the extra dimension. We model the Bulk as an infinite environmental bath. By generalizing the Penrose-Diosi criterion to an AdS5 geometry, we derive the decoherence time scale for a spatial superposition of mass M. We demonstrate that the collapse rate scales with the square of the mass. For microscopic particles (electrons), the decoherence time tends to infinity, preserving quantum coherence. For macroscopic objects (observers), it tends to zero, forcing an instantaneous collapse to a classical state. Thus, the "Observer" is the geometry of the Bulk itself, continuously measuring the mass distribution of the Brane.
