Abstract

This paper presents the Mass Curvature Rate (MCR) framework as a first-principles unification of gravity, mass, and quantum effects. The dynamic scalar resonance field ϕ(xµ) couples to spacetime curvature, resolving modern physics anomalies such as the Hubble tension, proton radius discrepancy, galaxy rotation curves, black hole singularities, and the Big Bang. The framework is mathematically consistent, covariant, falsifiable, and capable of producing observable predictions. Optional energy applications are also discussed, including mass-to-energy extraction via scalar resonance. Python simulations for galaxy rotation curves are provided.
