Einstein famously called quantum entanglement “spooky action at a distance,” yet standard quantum mechanics insists that this nonlocal correlation cannot be used for superluminal communication. The Instantaneous Teleportation Cosmos (ITC) framework, however, interprets entanglement as the dual manifestation of the same basal structure-the basal structure itself being instantaneously connected. The main obstacle to superluminal communication lies in the “manifestation finiteness” (P4): the randomness of single‑shot measurements prevents direct information extraction. In February 2026, Pan et al. reported a landmark achievement in Nature: remote ion‑ion entanglement over 10 km of optical fiber, with an entanglement lifetime (550 ms) significantly exceeding the entanglement generation time (450 ms), and the system was proven to operate stably for over 386 hours. This breakthrough opens the door to accumulating large statistical samples within the coherence window, thereby overcoming P4. Based on this platform, we propose a proof‑of‑principle experiment for superluminal communication using only the same ion‑ion entanglement system. Adopting the particle‑physics discovery standard of 5σ confidence (99.99994%), we aim to detect a 2.5% statistical change, requiring 10 000 independent measurements, corresponding to about 1.25 hours of continuous operation. Using two‑way time tagging and quantum clock synchronization, we can precisely measure the delay between Alice’s modulation and Bob’s response; if this delay is far smaller than the light‑travel time over 10 km (33 µs), it would prove that information propagates faster than light. All techniques involved are already experimentally demonstrated, giving the scheme a feasibility probability exceeding 90%. This work provides a direct, testable path for verifying the core ITC prediction – instantaneous basal connectivity (P2).
