ABSTRACT The study examines how digital human resource management enhances sustainable performance through the serial mediation of green human resource management and green innovation, moderated by organizational agility. The analysis utilized structural equation modeling, multigroup analysis, and random forest regression using a multiwave survey of 386 managers in mining, manufacturing, and hospitality businesses in Ghana. Results show that digital human resource management improves sustainability both directly and indirectly through green human resource practices and green innovation, with organizational agility strengthening these effects. Sectoral comparisons reveal contextual differences, highlighting industry‐specific pathways toward sustainability. The random forest analysis confirms green innovation as the most influential predictor across sectors, emphasizing its central role in transforming digital capabilities into sustainable outcomes. This study integrates the dynamic capabilities view with machine‐learning validation to model the relationship among digital, green, and sustainability factors in an emerging economy, offering practical guidance for sector‐specific transformation strategies.
