This study examines how tailored financial services can enhance economic empowerment among small business owners in Kampala, Uganda. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating surveys and interviews with a sample of 150 small businesses. Data analysis used regression models for correlation testing. Tailored financial services led to an average increase in profit margins by 23% (95% CI: 18%, 30%) and supported the creation of 40 new jobs per business over a one-year period. The study confirms that customized financial support significantly improves small businesses' profitability and employment outcomes, contributing to broader economic growth in Kampala. Ugandan policymakers should consider implementing targeted financial products for small businesses as part of an inclusive economic strategy. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
