Tech startup incubators have emerged as significant platforms for supporting entrepreneurship among youth in Accra, Ghana. No empirical results are reported; instead, a qualitative approach is employed to evaluate existing literature on these programmes. While the impact is promising, further rigorous evaluation is needed to substantiate these findings and identify best practices for scaling such initiatives. Investment in research should be directed towards understanding the long-term sustainability of these programmes and their scalability across different regions. Policy makers could consider implementing similar frameworks to support youth entrepreneurship more broadly.
