On June 19, 2025, a team of experts led by XIE Guohua from the School of Institute of Flexible Electronics （IFE）and HUANG Hong from the School of Institute of Technology for Future Industry published an article in the 发光学报, introducing its research progress in the field of high efficiency solution-processed green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). Expert XIE Guohua established the TBICz-based device, which provides more host material options for solution-processed OLEDs, with a maximum current efficiency of 27.3 cd/A, a maximum power efficiency of 15.9 lm/W, and a maximum external quantum efficiency of 7.8%.
