Abstract

ABSTRACT The circular mitochondrial genome of Kolla paulula , an insect vector of Xylella fastidiosa causing grape Pierce’s disease (PD) in Taiwan, is 14,575 bp. The genome encodes genes for 13 proteins, 2 ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), and 22 transfer RNAs (tRNAs).
