Abstract

This document presents Version 2 of the QSTv7. 1 cosmological derivation. Dark energy is derived exclusively from the CKN holographic bound. Discrete Scale Invariance (DSI) is restricted to intermediate-scale RG flow. No additional free parameters are introduced beyond =₁⁴, gₛ=₂, =₃.
