One pollen sample and two lithics were submitted for pollen and protein residue analysis, respectively. Site 3BE0664 was tested as part of a cultural resources survey of proposed road construction that will connect the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport with Interstate 540. This large lithic scatter spans a terrace and bottom lands at the confluence of Little Osage Creek and Spring Branch. Artifacts were observed on the eroding eastern edge of the terrace and on the floodplain between the terrace and Little Osage Creek, as well as on high ground west of the terrace. A Langtry projectile point plus two expanding stem corner notched darts suggest a Late Archaic period occupation, two of which were submitted for protein residue analysis. Sediment from Stratum II in Feature 1 was analyzed for pollen.
