Human mortality is strongly influenced by genomic instability, acute hypoxia, and mechanical trauma. This manuscript proposes Auraviv, a theoretical framework that integrates: (i) a subcutaneous bio-MEMS platform for CRISPR activation (CRISPRa; dCas9-VPR) payload synthesis and delivery, (ii) conceptual diamondoid respirocytes (mechanical artificial red blood cells), and (iii) boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) - silk (spidroin) composite structures. Supporting subsystems include enzymatic glucose biofuel cells (BFCs) as an internal power model and ultrasonic acoustic telemetry for control signaling. Quantitative values are presented as literature-grounded analytical estimates or illustrative scenarios; no in vivo validation is presented. The goal is to define a coherent systems architecture, highlight constraints, and identify engineering bottlenecks for future work.
