Community health centers (CHCs) in Ghana have been established to improve access to healthcare services for underserved populations. However, their effectiveness and impact on clinical outcomes need further evaluation. Panel data analysis was employed to assess the performance of CHCs in terms of patient satisfaction and treatment efficacy. Data from multiple years were collected and analysed to ensure robustness. CHC patients reported a significant improvement (p < 0. 05) in post-operative recovery times, with an average reduction of 20% compared to traditional healthcare settings. The CHCs demonstrated effectiveness in improving clinical outcomes without compromising patient satisfaction.
