The management of rainfall variability and its impacts applies to all sectors of the economy. The need to undertake studies on rainfall pattern analysis, recognition of variables driving variability and better use of forecasting models can therefore not be over-emphasised. Findings fro these studies will urgently act as another essential piece of the puzzle in issues concerning climate risk management. The study on rainfall variability provides a unique understanding of the manifestation of rain pattern and trends in Osogbo. The findings from this study will contribute to the knowledge of intuitive suggestions on averting the consequences of future climate change. With these research results, one can triumph at climate change resilience on various fronts, which is seen in the diverse sectors being mostly vulnerable to climate change such as Agriculture, Water Resources, and Disaster Management in Osogbo. Rainfall variability will set the lead for the development actors to share with the public reasons why climate change, in one way or the other, could affect life of the inhabitants in Osogbo.
