This manuscript establishes the Law of Polynomial Complexity (LPC) as a fundamental axiomatic constraint on the architecture of physical reality. Building upon the Structural Origin of Reality (SOR) framework, the work derives the Universality Exponent as a rigorous, domain-agnostic metric for evaluating the asymptotic viability of theoretical models. Through a formal structural audit, it is demonstrated that the exponential state densities inherent in String Theory and the Multiverse landscape result in a divergent complexity that dissolves the stability required for objective knowability. Conversely, discrete models such as Loop Quantum Gravity (LQG) are identified as falling into "Structural Stasis", failing to generate the necessary complexity for dynamic force hierarchies. By postulating that any physically realizable structure must occupy a "Golden Range" of polynomial growth, this work provides a 5-point Verification Protocol to audit future structural ontologies, shifting the paradigm of theoretical physics from entity-based reductionism to a constraint-driven structural ontology.
