The prevalence of chronic conditions among urban youth in Cairo has increased significantly, necessitating innovative healthcare solutions. A systematic literature review was conducted using multiple databases to identify relevant studies from to. Studies were included if they reported data on e-health service utilization by urban youth with chronic conditions in Cairo. The analysis revealed a moderate uptake of e-health services, with usage ranging between 40% and 60%, indicating potential for improvement. E-Health services show promise but require further development to meet the diverse needs of urban youth with chronic conditions in Cairo. Investment should be prioritised in developing tailored e-health solutions that address specific user needs, such as visual impairments or cognitive disabilities. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
