By pinpointing emergent frontiers such as enhancer RNA, our analysis provides a strategic roadmap to guide future research and accelerate the clinical translation of super enhancer-directed strategies, ultimately aiming to overcome persistent therapeutic barriers such as drug resistance in oncology.
