Theory of Cascading Structural Integration. This paper resolves the "Neural Latency Paradox" in avian biomechanics (Biewener 2011) by identifying the skeleton as a Solid-State Kinetic Chain. We propose that the furcula and synsacrum function as a Distributed Biomechanical Transducer Complex, utilizing bone conduction (~3000 m/s) to achieve sub-millisecond mechanical computation of aerodynamic forces. This solid-state sensing array bypasses ionic signaling delays, fulfilling the Thermodynamic Imperative for flight stability. A "Physics-First" framework for the Avian Flight Neural Conduction Index (AFNCI).
