ARHGAP11A affects lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) progression by regulating FAM83A
Key Points
ARHGAP11A significantly affects tumor progression in lung adenocarcinoma and pancreatic adenocarcinoma, enhancing understanding of these cancers.
FAM83A expression is a key regulatory mechanism in the relationship between ARHGAP11A and adenocarcinoma progression, revealing new therapeutic targets.
Observational analysis demonstrates that changes in ARHGAP11A levels correlate with alterations in tumor behavior of LUAD and PAAD.
These findings may enable novel treatment strategies focused on regulating ARHGAP11A, warranting further investigation in clinical settings.
Abstract
This study showed that ARHGAP11A affects the occurrence and development of LUAD and PAAD by regulating the expression of FAM83A. This study also provides a new perspective for later tumor treatment.
