The nomogram, which integrates intratumoral, peritumoral and habitat radiomic features derived from MRI, demonstrated excellent performance for noninvasive preoperative prediction of WHO/ISUP nuclear grade in ccRCC and holds promise as an adjunctive tool for individualized therapy planning and prognostic assessment.
