This study explores the tensile behavior of Ti6Al4V LPBF-produced parts, correlating it with XCT-detected porosity. Various process parameter combinations were tested, showing consistent tensile properties (Ultimate tensile strength 1235±24 MPa, elongation 4.33±1.4%), unaffected by individual parameter variations. ANOVA analysis confirms parameter insignificance. Pre-testing, porosity structure examination utilized synthetic indexes and functional data. XCT analysis ensures uniform porosity among specimens. Functional ANOVA evaluates statistical differences in pore volume and position distributions. This research contributes insights for robust LPBF optimization in critical component manufacturing.
