Mycorrhizal networks are maximally opaque resource-transfer systems operating below soil. Mother trees distribute carbon via fungal intermediaries invisible to recipient trees. The network IS the prohibition architecture: parasitic plants exploiting the network trigger fungal gating responses. Pe gradient from hub trees (low Pe, stable) to network periphery (high Pe, vulnerable to exploitation).
