A minor uranium mineral occurrence briefly worked in the 1950s in Příchovice, Liberec Region, Czech Republic, was re-located and reinvestigated. Remaining tailing piles were confirmed and seven radioactive samples were obtained. Semi-quantitative XRF analyses on two samples showed >50 wt.% U, consistent with pitchblende-like ores significantly diluted by gangue minerals and/or possibly coffinite.
