The author analyzes the key factors of content of television journalism on the example of the program «Life of mine». This program is broadcast on Channel One. The study examines in detail the structure of the cabaret show, as well as the genre specifics. Approaches to the formation and development of this content, as well as the viewer’s perception of cultural factors and social context of life in different regions of our country are also considered. In addition, the author defines a complex of structural and technological characteristics of television transmission, role in shaping cultural representations and social perception of regions of Russia by viewers. The author is justified that the program «My life» represents a successful example of modern television-journalism, which effectively combines traditional and innovative approaches to creation and distribution of content. The program demonstrates that television in the digital media age can maintain its relevance by adapting to new conditions and using the possibilities of multiplatform distribution. The main methods of research applied by the author in this paper are: a comparative method that allows, inter alia, to compare the content of media materials in different time intervals, as well as to study the material, which are represented in the activities of the studied program throughout its existence. It was found that the factors of content filling program include focus on human stories, demonstration of cultural diversity of regions of Russia, use of modern visual technologies, Creating an emotional connection with the audience and active interaction with viewers through digital platforms. The TV program «My life» successfully performs many functions: from informative and entertaining to educational and social.
